This form goes to one inbox, read by a person. Corrections are read first, because a schedule of 436 sailings compiled from published sources will have errors in it and a reader who spots one is the fastest way we find out.
If you are reporting something wrong, the three useful things are which sailing, what this site says, and what the cruise line says. A link to the line's own page settles it immediately.
What gets answered fastest
A sailing or fare looks wrong. These jump the queue. Fares are re-checked daily and recorded with the date we saw them, so a fare that has moved since is expected; one that was never right is a bug we want to fix.
A departure is missing. We list a sailing only when two independent sources agree on it, so a real departure can be absent. Tell us the ship and date and we will go and check.
A port detail is out of date. Parking rates, terminal assignments and hotel shuttles all drift. A link to the port's or the hotel's own page is worth more than anything else you can send.
What we cannot do
We cannot book a cruise, change a booking, or look anything up in your reservation. This site is not a travel agency and has no access to any cruise line's systems. For anything touching your booking, the line itself is the only place that can help.
We also cannot tell you the live price of a sailing. Every fare here is the lowest published starting fare on the date shown beside it, last checked 2026-10-16. The line's own page has the current number, which is what the fare links open.
